On May 22, 2026, in Pune, India, TESLA Liptovský Hrádok a.s. successfully signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation with the strongly established technology and manufacturing group ACCURATE GROUP.
This partnership opens new opportunities for cooperation in the following areas
• defense industry
• energy systems
• industrial automation
• artificial intelligence-based solutions
• mobile hybrid energy systems
• electromechanical subsystems
• embedded electronics and intelligent control systems
The framework for cooperation also strengthens existing cooperation and opens future joint R&D and manufacturing activities, technology integration, localization projects, as well as participation in international industrial defense programs and tenders.
This strategic move further strengthens the internationalization and presence of TESLA Liptovský Hrádok a.s. and the entire
TESLA Energy Holding a.s. in one of India’s most important industrial and technological hubs—Pune, in the state of Maharashtra—where global companies such as Mercedes-Benz, ŠKODA Auto, Honeywell, Cummins, Siemens, GE, and Yamaha, among many others, are already operating.
In a broader geopolitical and commercial context, this also represents a natural fulfillment of the new strategic framework for cooperation between the European Union and India, the “New Strategic EU–India Agenda,” which has significantly contributed to removing barriers and simplifying and accelerating the entry of European companies into the Indian business environment.
